Both online and clinical services are based on Ayurvedic study, knowledge, practice, and years of experience in prevention, curing, and managing illnesses of many clients.

Online Ayurvedic consultation is focused on health issues that can be prevented, cured, and/or managed through online consultation, counseling, and/or coaching by effective communication. The doctor may suggest Ayurvedic/alternative medicine if required.

Ayurvedic clinical caring services are provided in the Sparsha Ayurvedic clinic in Puttur city, Karnataka state in India.

Customized services are provided for clients according to their health conditions and needs for recovery/improvements.

The factors such as type, nature, and duration of ayurvedic treatment processes and results are subject to vary depending on the clients’ health conditions, willingness to adopt the processes, how they follow guidance/instructions, time dedication, etc.

Services are provided using English and Kannada as an optional language. (Kannada is an official language in India).

Clients’ Privacy

Being healthcare service providers, we consider our clients’ privacy seriously and follow some strict terms to protect them.

We do not share or sell our client’s personal information and/or case details to any third parties. However, if there is a need to refer the client to other doctors or Ayurvedic experts as a part of treatment procedures/requirements, then we may share clients’ details by informing them and obtaining their consent.

We store clients’ case information for study and treatment of present and future clients. However, we do not share the personal information of one client with another.

Booking

An online booking facility is provided to book a free trial of Online Ayurvedic Consultation session. However, if the clients’ want to start with the paid consultation, they are suggested to contact us directly for further processes.

We suggest clients contact us to book or learn more about Ayurvedic clinical caring services.

Refund Policy

The amount received for the services provided (including medicines and/or equipment/tools/materials if any) is non-refundable.

100% refund on cancelation of paid pre-bookings before 24 hours from the time of appointment scheduled. 50% refund on cancelation of paid pre-bookings before less than 24 hours remaining from the time of appointment scheduled.
